Choreography for the Selfish Herd I

These drawings are a continuation of the video work Sundays and the drawings of Geïsoleerde Hosser.

During my residency in Solothurn, Switzerland, I visited a local dance school. The poses of the figures are derived from the photographs I took there. It interests me that teenagers of the 'MTV generation’ are searching for modes of individual expression in a group dance.
